Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made by the day before your scheduled session will be refunded in full, minus card processing fees.

Rescheduling is also accepted until the day before.

The following situations allow same‑day rescheduling:

• Technical issues on the practice’s side
• Illness of the psychologist or urgent family matters
• Natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances

Same‑day cancellations are non‑refundable, and same‑day rescheduling is not accepted.

However, if you experience unavoidable circumstances such as illness, a family emergency, or a natural disaster, same‑day rescheduling will be accepted.

If any changes are made to this policy, you will be notified promptly.
