About
Greeting
I see people as rivers — changing shape with the contexts they meet.
There is no need to fix the speed, depth, or size of that flow.
Together, we explore what matters to you
and find flexible ways to move toward what matters.
This is the approach I value.

Profile
Manabu Yoshimoto
Japanese Psychological Authorized Psychologist
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Psychology.
I have trained through numerous ACBS and Spectrum workshops.
I work within the field of Contextual Behavioral Science
with a particular focus on ACT and functional analysis.
My clinical experience includes supporting individuals with BPD and PTSD,
as well as caregivers who have a family member with BPD.
I have been involved in international activities through ACBS,
including four years of service on the ACBS SHHP SIG Board
and presentations at both domestic and international conferences.
I also work in sports psychology, particularly with martial artists.
My background in Karate sometimes supports this aspect of my work.
I offer individual supervision and support for colleagues,
